General Rental Policies
- No smoking on property, other than on the patio.
- No pets allowed.
- No parties or hosted events, unless prior approval from owners and additional fees have been paid.
- Check-in time is 4:00pm or later.
- Check-out time is 10:00am or earlier.
- Quiet Hours are 9:00pm – 8:00am. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
- Guests must electronically sign a Reservation Agreement and Contract (emailed to Guest upon booking).
- The homeowner reserves the right to deny reservation.
- Minimum Age of Person Making Reservation: 25 years or older.
- Cancellations: 50% of rent due within 7 days of reservation non-refundable, balance of 50% due 90 days prior to arrival, non-refundable.
