We have agreed that we would come stay again for a family trip or anniversary. Erica and David provided a very comfortable stay and gave amazing privacy to us and our guests. 10/10 Recommend for large group stay and/or wedding events.”

The wedding lawn was PERFECT, there were beautiful areas for photos, amenities were amazing, the 2 year old nephew had enough to stay busy the entire 5 days. It was just perfect. “We had 20 staying at the house, and it was PERFECT with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The layout was spread out so you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other, yet a beautiful, large kitchen/dining area for mealtime congregation. The backyard was also perfect for gathering for morning coffee and evening cocktail hours and games. We will be sure to come back for future reunions. “We just had the most amazing family reunion with all of our children, spouses and grandchildren, 29 people total! This location was perfect, plenty of individual sleeping/bathroom spaces, a beautiful big kitchen for meals, great gathering spaces whether inside or out for groups to mingle. The pool spa was a great hit with everyone. The house was amazing! Replacing pool towels like magic, responding to every question, friendly, and kind. We definitely would recommend this beautiful home and will be returning in the future.”

“We had the best time at SVC for our small intimate wedding of 35. David and his wife, Erica, were so helpful in preparing for us and our party for our big day. David was so thoughtful and built a ceremony area on the side of the house which was just so perfect, a great backdrop and lighting. The house was perfect for 22 of us, every couple got their own room/bathroom. The hot tub was such a treat also. David was really thorough in showing us around the house before all the guests showed up. From the moment we booked this place, it has been a dream to work with them! Highly recommend.”

“THIS HOME IS AMAZING! We had 21 family members from across the country in Steamboat for a family reunion and we had a wonderful time. Our host, David, was awesome…whenever we had a question or a need, he was immediately responsive. Not only are there 10 bedrooms and baths in this home, the outdoor space with a giant hot tub and turf play area was a hit with our family of all ages. David even washes and returns spa towels on a daily basis. I have stayed in many rental properties over the years, but never had service like David offered…he genuinely wants his guests to enjoy their time in Steamboat. The large kitchen area provides a great “gathering spot” for everyone. As we were packing up to leave, I heard my great-nephew say “I love it here; I don’t want to go home”….he said what we all were thinking! Thanks, David!”
