Kitchen and Wet Bar

Sky Valley Chateau features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen designed to fulfill all your culinary needs. The kitchen includes a Forno range with eight burners and two ovens, a Viking 48″ refrigerator, Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer drawers, a Miele dishwasher, and a residential-style ice machine.

The second-floor wet bar is equipped with a Sub-Zero 36″ refrigerator, a second residential-style ice machine, and a 24” under-counter wine and beverage refrigerator.

The kitchen offers seating for 24, while a custom-built live edge wood table on the second floor, adjacent to the wet bar, provides additional seating for 12, also accompanied by an additional game table with seating for 4. This floor also features a powder bath and laundry room for guest use.

Great Room

The great room features 12 floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly frame panoramic views of the Yampa Valley’s majestic mountains and their dense aspen and evergreens. These stunning views can be enjoyed from the expansive seating area, which will comfortably accommodate your large group.

Unwind next to the floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace, or challenge friends to a game on the custom, timber-built pool table. For entertainment, gather around and watch your favorite show or sporting event on the impressive 86” wall-mounted television.

Patio and Lawns

Sky Valley Chateau sits on a heavily-timbered 1.65-acre estate with breathtaking views of the Yampa Valley.
The outdoor space is thoughtfully crafted across four cascading levels, including two expansive concrete patios and 2,400 square feet of lush turf lawns spread over two levels.
On the left side of the property, a raised, boulder-lined lawn serves as a picturesque wedding lawn, complete with a permanent aspen arch.

The top concrete patio is an entertainer’s dream, equipped with a propane grill, generous lounge seating, a gas fire pit, and a 16-person swim spa/hot tub, perfect for relaxing and socializing while soaking in the stunning surroundings.

Bed and Bath

Sky Valley Chateau comfortably accommodates up to 32 adults across multiple sleeping configurations in ten bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, offering spacious common areas for your group to gather and connect, while also providing ample private bedrooms for everyone to unwind and recharge.

Each bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom, and with professionally laundered, hospitality-grade linens, you are guaranteed a restful and rejuvenating night’s sleep.
